Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Is shipping free?
Yes – we offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. You can also contact customer service if you need help locating your package.

Our bulk packs come pre-assorted. At this time, we do not offer custom assortments, but we have many combo sets that include a great variety.
What’s your return policy for Bedwina items?
Just like JoyServe, we accept returns within 30 days if the item is new and unused. Customers must cover return shipping with a tracking number.
